1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 133bat website, mobile web application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

133bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 133bat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 133bat strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and will close any account found to belong to an underage individual, with all associated balances forfeited.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed via 133bat or any recognised gambling self-exclusion registry.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of 133bat or any of its game providers.
• You have not previously had an account permanently closed by 133bat for breach of these Terms.

2.1 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 133bat. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly forbidden. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, 133bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate all balances without notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

133bat is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and at certain other trigger points determined by internal risk procedures. You may be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days of the request will result in account suspension until the verification is completed. 133bat handles all submitted documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Account Obligations

3.2 Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your 133bat account. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact 133bat support immediately via live chat or email. 133bat will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such a notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take adequate security precautions.

3.3 Single Currency

All accounts on 133bat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, bonus amounts, deposit minimums, withdrawal minimums, and wagering requirements are stated in BDT unless explicitly noted otherwise.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements. All funds deposited into a 133bat account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly forbidden and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits are typically credited to your 133bat balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases where a payment is delayed, please contact support with your transaction reference number and payment method details.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case an alternative method registered to the same account holder will be used.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, the following general rules apply:

• Only real-money wagers placed after the bonus is credited contribute toward wagering requirements
• Bets that are voided, cancelled, or result in a push do not count toward wagering requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, 133bat reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 133bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the platform.
• False identity: Providing false personal information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Third-party payments: Depositing funds from a payment source that does not belong to the registered account holder.
• Money laundering: Using 133bat to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or misconfigured odds. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live dealer games, or tournament formats.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback via your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and played. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure by Player

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided identity verification has been completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by 133bat

133bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that the account holder has a self-exclusion order in place
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure
• Extended account inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months)

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, 133bat reserves the right to withhold all balances — including real-money funds — pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach did occur, those funds may be permanently forfeited.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should contact the support team specifically requesting a self-exclusion, stating the desired duration (minimum 6 months, up to permanent). Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

133bat operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain continuous platform availability. However, 133bat does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, or interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service providers, or payment processors.

8.2 Gambling Losses

133bat does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. All wagers are placed at the player's own risk. The platform provides games from certified providers using random number generators; outcomes are determined by chance and 133bat has no influence over individual game results.

8.3 Third-Party Services

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 133bat in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
